Dodo

 Dodo is an extinct class of animal. It was a flightless bird which was found on island of Madagascar and Mauritius of the Indian ocean . It's closest relative now is Nicobar pigeon. It was last seen on 1681. Some years ago there was a rumor of white dodo, but it was a reunion ibis. 

Actually there is nothing interesting about Dodo , Dodo is first mentioned in 1598 by Dutch sailor when they sat their foot on Mauritius. Dodo were fearless of humans and people were not eating them because of their changing tastes . Based on weight estimates the male could go to the age of 21 and female 17. They were called WALGHVOGHEL means tasteless bird by Dutch.

Extinction of Dodo isn't cleared yet. As per their fearlessness of human made them prey of human and of their wingless structure. Dodo is a character in book of "Alice in the Wonderland". And it has used symbol of extinction in that book.

This was a short story of Dodo. There are so many animals like dodo are becoming extinct. We have to provide them a safe ecology and a good environment to last species.
